TRUSCOHACOBUne
In June 2021, we made an industry-academia collaboration with the National University Corporation Tokai National University Organization Nagoya University and a capital and business alliance with GROUND Inc. and Cinnamon Inc., and made a press release. By building a new distribution platform "HACOBUne", we will promote digital transformation (DX) including the utilization of AI and robots in the future (TRUSCO DX 2.0).
Changes in business flow
When the business transformation project "TRUSCO HACOBUne" is realized, the flow of products and information will change drastically. Nagoya University, GROUND, and Cinnamon AI will deeply cooperate with our Distribution and product data to build a flow that further improves customer convenience.

TRUSCO DX 2.0
"Distribution" and "Product data" to realize "fastest", "shortest" and "best" delivery to "platformers" that support MONODZUKURI sites, and "the best things are already there" , "HACOBUne" was built as an integrated platform for "UX (user experience)". By streamlining the entire Supply Chain, we will create a foundation that provides the highest convenience to our customers.
① Logistics platform
In addition to demand forecasting AI, we will implement a Distribution facility integrated management system (WES) that aims to automate even inventory and personnel allocation decisions, and plan to operate the next-generation Distribution Center “Planet Aichi” with an inventory of 1 million items (2026). One-stop MRO Distribution improves convenience and reduces environmental impact.
② Product data platform
We have built a mechanism to implement automatic analysis and collection functions of product data using cinnamon AI, and expanded product data to more than 10 million items. We aim to dramatically improve the efficiency of product selection and standardize product data in the industry.
③ UX Platform
Achieves a sophisticated User Experience (UX) by implementing a function to search for a huge number of equivalent products and a function to link with the manufacturer's inventory information. MRO Stocker, aiming to proactively propose and deliver products that users will need in the future using data and AI.
④ Easy Connect Platform
Build a system that allows dealers to easily connect to the platform and make the most of it. By introducing integrated sales and AI-OCR, which will improve the utilization of dealers and contribute to business performance, we will build a system that allows us to utilize the platform in the "work style as before".
