The Digital Promotion Department was established in August 2020 to strategically utilize cutting-edge tools and contribute to customers. We actively talk with Staff at sales offices instead of desk theories to encourage customers to use existing digital tools. The system order rate has improved by developing functions that enhance customer convenience and expanding inventories. As a result, internal work efficiency has improved, and per capita sales have been improved without increasing overtime.

  • Through experience in sales and Distribution sites, we are reskilling Staff who are well versed in business by actually transferring them between the Digital Strategy Division and other departments (job rotation), and developing human resources who can utilize digital technology.

In the past, the person in charge of purchasing predicted the demand for each Logistic Centers based on monthly sales results using intuition and experience, and placed orders manually, but the accuracy is limited. As a result, branch offices and Logistic Centers experienced lost opportunities and delayed immediate delivery due to shortages. The system that solves this problem is the inventory management system "ZAICON3". For each 500,000 items, it performs data analysis using AI based on the order record from dealers, calculate and forecast demand, and greatly automate the work of the purchasing staff. As a result, not only operational efficiency but also inventory hit rate is improved.

Automatic Product Stocking System

Until now, we have systematized "automatic product adoption" that analyzes the sales performance data of products that have been adopted based on the experience of the person in charge, and immediately stocks them when it is determined that they are being sold regularly. As a result, the work that used to take up to one year was shortened to three months, realizing a significant shortening of the process. Automated inventory improves the level of service to our customers and leads to more efficient operations.
