Q1Where does the Company's name come from?
A1The name Trusco was coined from the words "Trust" and "Company." To be a company trusted by the public is what we're aiming for.
Q2How often does the Company pay dividends each year? How does the company calculate dividends?
A2We calculate dividends using the following methods and pay dividends twice each year in the forms of interim dividends and year-end dividends.
<Calculation methods>
  • If net income per share for the year is 80 yen or greater (interim net income per share is 40 yen or greater):
    Net income per share for the year (interim net income per share) x 25%
  • If net income per share for the year is smaller than 80 yen (interim net income per share is smaller than 40 yen):
    Fixed at 20 yen (10 yen)
Note 1: The figures in parentheses are calculation standards for interim dividends.
Note 2: Odd amounts less than 1 yen that result from calculations are rounded up to 0.5 yen or 1 yen. Amounts are rounded up to 0.5 yen when they fall between 0.01 yen and 0.49 yen and to 1 yen when they fall between 0.51 yen and 0.99 yen.
